For being B.Sc. (Forestry) First North East India, under NEC, Shillong, he did the specialization on "Land Use Planning" from BAU Ranchi, Jharkhand State. Started working as Technical Asst. at ICAR NEH Region, Manipur Centre in 1985 and continued to 87. Worked as Addl. Divisional Manager, Forest Dev. Corporation of Meghalaya Ltd. From 1987 to 88. Worked as Social Organizer, Citizen Volunteers Training Centre in Imphal from 1988 to 2000. As General Secretary he worked at Manipur Deaf and Mute Association Wahengbam Leikai, Imphal from 1985 to 2000. Served as Multi disciplinary team Member of "Integrated Wast Land Development Project" in Nongmaiching and Waithou sub-watershed programme for six years under MOEF, Govt. of India from 1991 to 97. As Facilitator cum Evaluator he was associated with CAPART from 2001 to 06. Apart from these he worked as Technical Concultant and Formulating Projects for their all around development and practices very according to the needs of the communities. Published three books (i) Environment Ngakna Thambana Meeoibagi Punshi Sanghangani (Manipuri) (ii). The concept of Social Forestry An over view (English) (iii). Environment Amasung Eeikhoi (Manipuri) and three articles on Need on Bamboo Farming (i) Bamboo- A Multipurpose Species (ii). Kauna (scripus), Cultivation (iii). Vermin-Compositing for Sustainable Agriculture. Now he is working as a "Regional Committee Member" CAPART, North East Zone, Guwahati - 28, (Under the aegis of Ministry of Rural Development Govt. of India) And again appointed as District Ombudsman (MG-NREGS) Senapati District, MG-NREGS-RD & PR, Govt. of Manipur, worked in various capacities in the NGOs/Sanghams as a Facilitator micro level planning group where specific service are needed and its implementation. He was awarded with globally reputed presentation of "Bharat Jyoti Award" along with certificate of Excellence by IIFS, New Delhi - 110001 (India) 2008. And also Awarded for his exceptional calibar, outstanding performance, meritorious services and remarkable role of "Dr. Ambedkar Fellowship National Award,25th National Conference of Dalit Writers (8-9 December, 2009) New Delhi.
His mission will continue in future as well. He have a full faith for a Social well being of people in rural areas through skilled Workforce to create in sustainable livelihood in a given time and space. He also has an idea that the people of rural India can be developed only by social upliftment and reformation by integral participation but not by arms and weapons. Further, reason are that the building of a nation/welfare state does not mean the big things like big building. Big arms, the dreaded bombs, long range missile or alone, it means varied meaningfully that the meaning of our last man and lowest and lost and enthusing the idea of filling alike nation. Destructive or distruptive approach can't bring all the filling. Only a positive approach with thought filling an ideas of unity for sustainable society of self-reliance and sustainable living for all with human values. Dream of a better life and livelihood opportunities. Humanity needs to solve these problem in an urgent basis to help them build their own solution to global and national development challenges.
